My name is Joanna, and I'm a certified STOTT Pilates and yoga trapeze instructor. I’m also a pre and postnatal fitness specialist, and passionate about empowering women to achieve their fitness goals.
Before making the switch to a full-time trainer, I worked in the corporate world in the legal and insurance industry. But I quickly realized that teaching is my true calling, and it's been an incredibly rewarding journey.
I love helping people discover their full potential and guiding them on their fitness journey. Follow along to learn more about my approach to fitness and how I can help you achieve your goals.
For personalized attention, book a one-on-one session with me.
When I'm not teaching, you can find me hiking through the mountains and jungles, chilling by the beach, or pushing my limits climbing. Let's connect, sweat, and have some fun together!
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, this fitness system focuses on controlled movements that can be performed on a mat or using special equipment, such as a reformer, which is a sliding platform complete with a stationary foot bar, springs, and pulleys that provide resistance.
Pilates provides a balanced workout that can improve physical strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and mental awareness. Whether incorporated into a rehabilitation program, used as a primary form of fitness, or as an enhancement to other athletic activities, Pilates offers a comprehensive approach to health and well-being.
